EDIT: Window not showing issue, I found if I right click and maximise the window via the Fluxbox toolbar, I can get the firefox window to appear.
Somehow, fluxbox was 'remembering' the window possition somewhere off in la-la land.
EDIT: No windows decorations seems to have suddenly disappeared, after MONTHS of starting firefox, letting it startup then restarting fluxbox to fix the windows decorations.
I guess firefox saw I was asking the question and decided to make a fool of me.
EDIT: Final issue, lets see if this still happens...
Firefox core dumps , if I have multiple tabs which have videos. I typically get about 6 core dumps per day.
I use the nvidia drivers but I don't use hardware rendering.
