Hello, I tried to add /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf to configure touchpad ,but xorg.conf.d does not exist. Is there any other way to do it ?

Yep. Just create it. Run

mkdir /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d
