I get foollowing error when booting

Any help would be good i got a nvidia FX 5200 Gainward 128 mb and it is really slow!

nothing wrong with that log. The only thnik you can try is making a kernel without AGPGART to use the AGP bridge driver from nvidia-kernel (NVAGP).
If your OpenGl is slow the problem is more likely somewhere in your XF86Config - take a look at /var/log/XFree.0.log as a indicator.
