I set up bogofilter with evolution. how many spam messages shall I receive before it starts to effectively detect spam?

the doc says, that bogo needs around 100 spam messages, to detect following incoming mails effectively. but well, for me it already worked great after training it with 30.

the following site shows u a script where u can train it frequentially, it concerns sylpheed-claws, but maybe u can port it to evolution (never used evo so i dont know):

more than 150 messages, and still missing 20-25% :?

I've been training bogofilter for kmail and so far the results are:

40 spam/ham:
15 right/8 wrong

61 spam/ham:
23 right/6 wrong

92 spam/ham:
66 right/5 wrong

Also, would like to add that of all the spam it says it detected, none of it was wrong, the ones it got wrong were spam, just not detected as such.

Number of spam depends on how many got before deciding to up the filter training spam/ham counts. Getting ready to train with 166 spam/ham.
