I have XFce set up but am unable to change to a different theme. The Themes are there but when i select one it will not work. I have just emerge Xfce there must be a setup file that I need to edit? Perhaps there is a theme manger that I need to install? Also did I read that we can use GTK and GTK2 themes in Xfce as well?
It is really cool and fast.

Yes, you can use GTK+/GTK+2 in any environment. Anyway, for the themes... Are you trying to change window border themes or "the way the program actually looks" themes?
