Both of those themes require GDM 2.4.4.0, which isn't out in portage yet. Some more details on why are in this bug report.

An ebuild for GDM-2.4.4.4 is available in BMG gnome. It requires a little tweaking of your sessions files, but other than that, isn't a big problem to upgrade. |
