Hi there,
i had a trouble when installing gentoo from LiveCD. My mac has a broadcom4360 wireless card. After booting the system, the command ifconfig showed only an entry of "lo" and there is also only a "lo" file in /sys/class/net. Then i downloaded the driver from http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php. When i tried to compile it, i was informed that some kinds of kernel-header are required. How can i get there kernel-header when i don't even have an internet access?
Best wishes

you may try using sysrescued. that should probably work for installation or any other linux-iso with support for your hardware
you may use wired network until your wireless works |
