Hi there,
at work I'm using Arch Linux, at home Gentoo. To connect my smartphone with my computer I'm using KDEConnect.
Configuration (on both machines):
KDM starts Enlightenment e16.
Difference:
Starting Arch Linux it connects automatically to the Smartphone after Login into KDM / e16.
On Gentoo it doesn't. I have to go first to the systemsettings -> go to start & end -> service administration: KDE-Connect service isn't started there. If I start it, it connects. If I reboot the machine an login again, none of the kde-services isn't started. I have to do it manually.
So what's the difference between Arch and Gentoo in that case? How can I achieve to start the kde-services at login time too? |
