I'm not sure what's happening, well I sort of do but can't seem to figure it out:

I've tried CHMODing (some people suggested this), yet this problem still appears, it happens when trying to load the page. Anyone know what may have gone wrong in the installation? Of whether I need to add certain libraries, etc.?
