in the thread battery drain while laptop is off a user posted an answer that was neither OT nor spam, rather a kind notice about another possible reason for the problem under discussion. some days later this post and my reply to it vanished from the thread. today I found them again, but in the dustbin and under a weird title: Banhammer Industries presents: Wake On Spam!
How could that happen - and why? |

Spam comes in many forms
Sometimes in the text of a post. Sometimes only the profile of a user posting advertising in the website in their profile.
In the case of your respondent, it is a spam web link in their signature.
The link is still there but it won't work from the dustbin. _________________ Regards,
