Hi
i ve got a Geforce FX5600 with vivo (video in / video out) function...
i have read a post about rivatv ... they got tv in to work ...
now my question:
first: is this the only or best driver for vivo under linux
second: what software would you use to record this tv progs ....
i usually wanted to try mythtv ... but i think rivatv doesnt support v4l and i need this for mythtv ....
in a nutshell ... what software to use for best recording results ... optionally with a good looking frontend and webadmin ...
thanks

I think it's the only one for nVidia cards.
RivaTV does support v4l.
I like tvtime, but that's just for watching.
I use mencoder when I want to transfer VHS onto my HD, but that's not really designed for PVR either.
I know there are a few good options out there, just don't know what.
