Gnome Loads it's background into KDE!

I was trying to get zapping to work, when i did go to zapping help it loads gnome 2.4 into my kde background and for some strange reasion i can't get rid of it, any ideas. Here is what i mean

now, i know that my kde real background is loaded, but for some reasion gnome overruns it by loading itself, i have no idea why this is. I'm going to unmerge zapping too see what happnes, but any ideas what to do ? I really need this too be fixed....

note: umerging zapping does not help...

fixed: but i did have to trash my current config...any idea why this did happen?
