I was trying to resize my gentoo partition so i decided to use parted.
In order to download this partboot.img, I suppose to go to ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted/bootdisk and download partboot.img from there. However, they do not have this file in FTP.
I looked everywhere in google but they always point to this place. does anyone know where I can download this misterious file? or does anyone know other options to resize my partition?
Thanks in advance. |

Do you have a Knoppix CD laying around? Boot it up and fire up "qtparted" It's just like Partition Magic, i.e. graphical and all. Of course, you also have the option of just using plain old parted. I'm not sure about this, but the Gentoo install CD's might also have parted on there... _________________ Lila themes | The Porthole Portage Frontend | SVG-Utils |
