I tried to install mplayer. As it was not working, I re-sinced my ports tree several times (day after day)
I still have the same error message :
bash-2.05b# emerge mplayer
Calculating dependencies ...done!

I tried to install a binary by hand, but when I try to emergel mplayer again, I still have the same error ... |

the file r128.c seems missing from /usr/portage/distfiles.
you can try to fetch again svgalib.or to fetch yourself the file.
| Code: | blah / # cd /usr/portage/distfiles/
blah distfiles # wget ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/distfiles/r128.c
|
you may need to rebuild the digests :

blah distfiles # ebuild /usr/portage/media-libs/svgalib/svgalib-1.4.3-r4.ebuild digest
