wine stops me from using my pc!

I installed Pharoah, and when I try and run it, all the intro moves etc load.. but i found it weird that i couldnt skip them.. so when i got to the main menu.. i tried clicking stuff.. that didnt happen either
so i tried to ctrl+alt+f1 and that didnt work either! the only way i could get out of it was to reset my pc

this seems to be the only thing that makes wine do this.. but its starting to annoy me because i spend more time in windows because half the software i use for music making and playing games etc i can only run in windows

do im trying to get the main peices of software working in wine, then i can stop using it

any help would be greatly appreciated.. as nobody seems to reply to any of my questions

Could be some focus problem.. don't know for sure. Try to run it in a window (edit wine conf and uncomment line Desktop).

yep, works fine in a window! any idea why it wont run full screen?
