Hi,

in a dom0/domU environment, I have dom0's /usr/portage shared to other domU via NFS.
I recently squashmounted /usr/portage on dom0.
This is working fine from dom0 point of view.

Nevertheless squashmounted /usr/portage doesn't seem shared by nfs.

It is not a problem if nfs has to be replaced to make it work altogether, but I need to solve this somehow.

Seems like overlayfs and nfs are not compatible.https://lwn.net/Articles/636943/
