Hello,
I am having a problem with my external hard drive. In Windows land, I can get transfer speed of 150kiB but in gentoo even with usb 3.0 option turned on in kernel, I only get 30KiB/s whichi is more like USB2.0 speed. Anyone have idea on what I might be missing? |

Which kernel version are you using? There was an issue with USB3 speeds before 4.1.6
Also you probably mean MiB/s rather than KiB/s. |

looks like I need update my kernel. it is definately before 4.1.6 |
