I can't run Win2k with Lilo. No Problems with Gentoo. If I choose Win2k from the lilo menu nothing happens...
hda = Win2k [Primary Master]
hdb = Gentoo [Primary Slave]
Lilo is installed in MBR of Gentoo HD (hdb)
lilo.conf:
boot=/dev/hdb
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=50
lba32
default=linux
image=/boot/bzImage
label=linux
read-only
root=/dev/hdb3
other=/dev/hda1
label=Win2k |

is the windows partition flagged active?
use cfdisk /dev/hda* or whatever disk &part its on and make sure that windows partition is active |

yes it is. Currently I use the NT Bootloader for both... |
