Ok. The dialogbox that is displayed when I log in gives some reasons... session could not be registered, maybe the disk is full. It isn't: I Have at least two gigs of diskspace free on my linux partition.
KDE and others work fine. But not even failsafe gnome....
Any ideas? _________________ And by the way - Gentoo needs an official WIKI!! |

Are you using dri or fglrx drivers, if you have Ati graphic card? When I was using fglrx drivers, it happens to me too. I reemerged ati-drivers, reconfigured X server, restarted computer and everything worked fine. |

Did it have any other info? I had to re-emerge some part of Gnome when I had that problem... |
