Going back to 4.3.3-r1 and the Trackpoint works again. Using gentoo-sources.
I configure input devices via evdev.
Before the first boot with 4.3.4 there were updates to the Xorg-stack, like xorg-server-1.18.0 followed by some rebuilds of xf86-drivers. But because 4.3.3 works just fine I don't think this is related.
Does anyone have the same issues?
Do you need some more infos?

| Just did the update to 4.3.5 and everything is OK. No idea what caused this issue... The changelogs on kernel.org at least don't show a commit that I could identify as the root/solution for this issue. |
