Even if that piece of ?!$%& is neither selected as user-vm nor as system-vm: if you just have it installed *and* starts then TV-Browser, the right mouse button no longer works, and moving the mouse and/or windows yields into a stuttering movement. Stopping TV-Browwer, unmerging that BS software and starting TV-Browser - all is fine again at a hardened stable Gentoo w/ KDE and latest kernel.
