|
Hi, I noticed when I tried a LiveCD of Kubuntu on my computer
that I did get the battery status on my Mouse and Keyboard in the tray.
But I don't get it in my Gentoo installation,
Is there a specific package I don't have installed or a kernel option that is disabled ?
The energy Information in Kinfocenter does not work eahter, don't know if this is related.

I used plasma-desktop
This is the packages that will be installed when I try plasma-meta:
Quote: | # emerge -pv plasma-meta
These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

I solved the problem.
I used the wrong upower package.
switched from upower-pm-utils to upower. |
