Your motherboards Ethernet card is built into the nForce2 chip on which it is based.
The driver is obtained and installed by issuing the command
as root.
However, this requires a working network connection to download an assortment of files. A modem will be OK.
To make the module load at boot, edit /etc/modules.autolaod and add the line
edit : that should be autoload
