I've a pc with 4 hard disk, and no cd device.
I'm running latest gkrellm but the hd monitor it shows only 2 of them...
Any suggestion? _________________ ~ "Progress is merely a realisation of utopias" ~ |

gkrellm is extremely configurable. Right-click on the various monitors to see what can be changed, and also check your configuration files under ~/.gkrellm (or ~/.gkrellm2).
It could be that gkrellm only expects two hard drives when running out of the box, but there shouldn't be any reason why it can't be configured to monitor more. |

The pc with four hd is my little server, it runs gkrellmd and I connect to him with "gkrellm -s" command. I've edited ~/.gkrellm2/user-config_S-SERVER but gkrellm change this file after starting.
I've successfully edited a ~/.gkrellm2/user-config file (adding all the four hd) on the server, so I'm sure that syntax is correct.
I've also noticed that my gkrellm client forget some settings of the server, like the activation of sensor plugin.
Any idea? _________________ ~ "Progress is merely a realisation of utopias" ~ |
