i just recently emerged the new nvidia drivers, nvidia-glx and did an opengl-update nvidia, restarted X and tried to run FlightGear (./fgfs) and got this error:

As I don't really have much experience with graphics cards and displays, could someone lend some help? Thanks!

Make sure you have
in your /etc/X11/XF86Config under the section labeled "Module" That makes X load the glx modules when it starts.

um.....
well, anyway, i got it to werk. i had to change the
| Code: | Driver "nv"
to "nvidia" in /etc/X11/XF86Config |
and it was all good
