Upgraded to Plasma 5.6.5, now I can't get into the systemsettings5 app's Date & Time settings via Regional Settings...

Moved from Desktop Environments to Duplicate Threads.
In favour of kde-plasma/sddm-kcm crashes when activatedwhich looks like the some problem
