Für die Suche nach einem segmentation vault würde ich das media-gfx/exiv2 gerne ohne multi-core support laufen lassen.
Das habe ich jetzt:

Ich nehme an, das ist mit multi-core support. Kann ich das Paket auch ohne übersetzen?

Vermutlich gar nicht. Scheinbar ist das fix eingebaut.
Hmm kurz den code durchsucht da finde ich nichts was mit multi-core zu tun hätte (threads oder processe mit fork)
Wiso meinst du das der segfault mit "multi-core" support zu tun hätte?

kann man auch anders interpretieren, dass man "mulit-core" support in digiKam deaktivieren soll.
Denn er redet davon das bestimmte teile von exiv2 unter umständen nicht "thread safe" (wobei das hier der falsche begriff ist, "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reentrancy_(computing)" ) sind.
