when i upgrade llvm to 3.8.1-r2, it always show an error about g++ inernal error.

This is one of the hardest packages to compile. Usually internal compiler errors are due to hardware problems.
Make sure your hardware is in tip top shape.

- clean out your fans of all dust
- stop overclocking if you're doing so
- try underclocking

Also can try
- reducing your jobs during make, say to -j 1

That works for me, thanks.
I change -j to 2 and 4g memory, it works.
