In case any Gentoo users who also use Thunderbird are interested, a Thunderbird user going by the moniker spymastermatt has produced some nice-looking Thunderbird themes inspired by a UI mockup by Polish company Monterail:

https://github.com/spymastermatt/thunderbird-monterail
I followed the instructions in the README.md file and installed the Monterail theme without any trouble:
Quote: | To use these themes, the easiest way is to download the thunderbird-monterail.zip folder and extract its contents to your thunderbird user config directory (normally /home/[user]/.thunderbird/[random letters and numbers].default/) This will create the chrome folder (if it doesn't exist) containing the icons, font, and all the css files.
Simply copy the css file for whichever theme you want to use and rename it userChrome.css and then restart Thunderbird |
Looks great. _________________ Clevo W230SS: amd64, VIDEO_CARDS="intel modesetting nvidia".
