Has anyone noticed that bttv is missing from the Video 4 Linux menu under menuconfig for 2.4.24?
Doesn't ivtv need bttv to function?
I didn't get a chance to look at the .config file to see if the options are still in there or not. I will check it out when I get home tonight. |

make sure you have i2c support enabled in the kernel (under character devices). this should allow you to select the bt848 (bttv) driver under v4l

It's in there now...
I probably enabled i2c after visiting the V4L menu... |
