|
|
I have a three monitor setup with virtual screen size of 5040 x 1920. I use SDDM with the Breeze theme and Breeze Snow for the cursor (aka mouse pointer). For KDE/Plasma I have the option to choose between 24, 48 or "auto (dependent on resolution)" for the cursor size. If I choose "auto" the cursor size is set to 48, which is too huge as my DPI is only 96. So I set it to 24 manually.
However, in SDDM the automatic selection is still active and chooses 48. Is there any option in /etc/sddm.conf to fix the size of the cursor to 24? |

I've been looking for the same option for hours now.
Normally for X you can set this up in Xresources and merge the settings in xinitrc. Since sddm is ran by the sddm user I tried this on the system global resources, but it's just not executed. Probably this is only for before the window manager is called.
I'll let you know if I find it.
Edit: Getting
Code: | xrdb -merge /usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xresources 2> /var/log/Xsetup.log |
Xresources:
Is executed but as root and it makes no difference. |
