Grub2 and SLiM themes

Hi all,

I have been mildly disappointed by the lack of a consistent set of themes for the various stages of the boot process for a good few years, so I finally made some complementary Gentooish themes for Grub2 and SLiM this morning.

I figure I might as well put them out there to see if there is interest. A matching bootsplash is also in the works but needs a bit more time and effort to get it right.

I am happy to port to other login managers/boot managers if people want. I was installing arch for someone the other week and was a bit jealous of how many nice arch themes they have going on so I figure gentoo could do with some shinier branding.
