Hey,
I can't get the Intel 5 Series/3400 Series audio device working.

I made it work by adding

|
to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf. |

I thought i solved it, but now the sound works for a while after reboot and then it suddenly stops for no reason. After next reboot the same.
Any ideas about this? |

Weird is that the sound over head phones is working never the less. I also tetsted Windows now and it's the same, so it seems to be a hardware bug. I think I'll send the laptop back. |
