Fluxbox - Always on top

I like to keep gaim up all the time and have it popup when I get a mail or someone messages me. When I was on redhat(KDE) even I was playing any game(q3a et ect) or my screen saver was up the message would stay in the background. How would I do this in fluxbox?

in fluxbox 0.9.6 you can right click on a window name in the taskbar
Layer -> Above dock

be warned that 0.9.6 is buggy in places (only minor issues)

Im on version 0.1.14, I dont have that. When I setup my system last week I just did emerge fluxbox and it seems to have given me that version. Is 0.9.* really unstable?

no, i have only noticed a few minor issues with some menu's, the slit, and window dragging to different virtual desktops.
