Greets all,
I am trying to set up an old laptop of mine to install off of the card above (Sony PCWI-C100 WiFi PCMCIA Card) and am having no luck as to figureing out what chipset this card uses and wether or not there are even drivers for it under linux.
I would opt for installing via a wired conection if that was an option but my old laptop "Dell Inspiron 3500" does not have a build in ethernet nor do I have a PCMCIA card for it =(
Once I find out in there is a useable driver I think that I should be able to make my way using alot of the info. in these forums.
So if you happen to know where to find or have info on my card please be so kind as to share it or point me in the write direction.

Its on Winxp right now, anyway I could pull the info you need with the tools I have at hand?

Dunno how to get it with WinXP...
I also could not find any info on PCWI-C100 and linux. There's some stuff on PCWA-C100, could it be they're similar? |
