Well, I don't use /home/httpd/htdocs for anything important, just stats and webmail.. I've edited the apache ebuilds to point to /home/httpd/htdocs so I don't have to change things for the moment, but I figure i should migrate eventually. I only use /home/httpd/htdocs for squirrelmail and webalizer, all my sites are defined as vhosts.

I keep /home on a different hard drive from /var though, and /home has considerably more space on it (faster, too)... I'm thinking about just symlinking it and leaving it be. Any real reason to migrate, other than the ebuilds changing docroot location?
