whats an ideal hardened config for LAMP for php7 web server?

Hello there. Whats an ideal hardened install for this? I've built gentoo a few times and typically am a gentoo user. Right now, I'm using manjaro i3 though because of the ease of setting up LAMP for php development.

1. Should I run nopie and nossp?

2. Can anyone post their hardened use flags for a machine running a LAMP server?
