systemd-236 upgrade not booting

after upgrading and integrating systemd with sysvinit my system fails to start with systemd-udevd kernel device .... could not be started
i see that systemd-udevd is not there
also if i emerge systemd there is a message one of the postinst commands failed. please check the posinst output for errors.

i dont know what to do now. please help

cleared and resolved
i had an old config file under /etc/systemd/system/
i deleted it and now everything works again
