|
|
I have Lyx for editing documents, and a whole bunch of the texlive packages installed. One of these is the texlive-latexextra package, which provides the following files for KOMA-Script:
Code: | # equery f texlive-latexextra | grep koma
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/koma-moderncvclassic
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/koma-moderncvclassic/koma-moderncvclassic.sty
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/koma-script-sfs
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/koma-script-sfs/SFS.lco
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/komacv
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/komacv/komacv-casual.sty
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/komacv/komacv-classic.sty
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/komacv/komacv-oldstyle.sty
/usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/komacv/komacv.cls
|
Those should provide access to the KOMA-Script modern, classic, casual, etc. CV styles, but I don't see them anywhere in Lyx's list of available document classes. How can I gain access to them? is there some path I have to add somewhere to activate them?
Cheers,
EE |

apologies for this dumb question: but you did run tools/reconfigure ? _________________ .... there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth

I've had this package on my system since (I think) I installed texlive in the first place, so I very certainly have reconfigured Lyx since then.
I'm not sure what's wrong, but there are tons of extra style/class definitions in those subdirectories that just aren't being read by Lyx. Between this and trying to name fonts so that fontspec finds them, getting a new document set up has been a bit of a chore |
