I couldn't find any solution using the search so here's a new topic....
When I emerge alsa-driver for my SB Live! it fails during the compile with the following error:
Code: |

Follwing the Alsa Install Guide I only included sound card support as a module in my kernel (default Gentoo sources).
Any ideas?? |

Somehow there was something wrong with the modules... rebulding my kernel and try emerging alsa again did the trick.
Sounds working fine now. |
