Hi !
I'm running cupsd-1.1.19-r1 and noticed that if I run "lpoptions -p lp -l" as
a non-root user I get the message:
$ lpoptions -p lp -l
lpoptions: Destination lp has no PPD file!
which is not true. If I run the same command as root I get the right ppd file
for my printer.
I've got the same problem with KDE. Due to fact that KDE doesn't get the ppd
file I am unable to set any printer options in kprinter.
Regards

ok, it's been a local problem.
The permissions of /var/tmp were incorrect.
