Hello.
I am using Gentoo LXQt.
I'd like to increase the size of the mouse cursor.
If you know a way to solve this problem, please give me a professor.

ushua ...

those are icons, and so you would need to find a replacement (at a higher pixel rate) ... search for "cursor theme". These you can dump/unpack in ~/.icons and then inform xorg of the theme you want via .Xresources:

~/Xresources:
Xcursor.themes: theme
! if the theme provides multiple sizes
Xcursor.size: size

There is also the XCURSOR_THEME and XCURSOR_SIZE environment variables, but you're probably best to use .Xresources.

HTH & best ... khay

Try the "qetzal" cursor.
It is larger than most default cursors.
I use it in kde-plasma,which is also qt based.
Gerard.

Thanks a lot khayyam.
Thanks a lot gerard27.

I installed the cursor themes.
user $ sudo emerge --ask x11-themes/xcursor-themes
user $ sudo emerge --ask x11-themes/gentoo-xcursors

~ /. Xresources file has been set as follows.
Xcursor.theme: whiteglass
Xcursor.size: 48

However, I could not increase the size of the cursor.
Am I making any mistake?

usuha,
You should make a new thread this has nothing to do with cursors.
And please use "code" tags.

I have no idea what this is all about so can't help you.
Gerard.
