Stage 3 ststemd wrong location (?)

Why reference file:
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/amd64/autobuilds/latest-stage3-amd64-systemd.txt
pointing to the wrong (look at the size) systemd Stage 3 file ?

while last (complete) Stage 3 systemd files are located in:
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/amd64/autobuilds/20180813/systemd/
and in the current Stage 4 (?!) dir:
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/amd64/autobuilds/current-stage4-amd64-systemd/

Also in official web site stage3 systemd seems wrong (I downloaded stage3-systemd and it is practically empty).
Probably it's a bug try to open a new bug report
