I keep getting logged out while trying to post. As far as I can tell my network connection is stable. Any ideas? _________________

Have you tried clearing the browser cache? _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

I actually have cache turned off via
Code: | browser.cache.memory.enable false
browser.cache.disk.enable false |
but that doesn't seem to cause me problems on other sites. I should also mention I'm using firefox 52. (yes I know it's going EOL ) _________________

In the past, oddities with connections were sometimes fixed by clearing the cache, though I don't think I've encountered that in a number of years.
How long between starting the post and when you encounter the problem?
I'm on a version of ESR 52 as well. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

About as long as it takes to make a post. I've also noticed issues just browsing categories that require being logged on. It seems fine now but it's sporadic. _________________

Firefox 52 ESR here too, since more than half of my extensions will break on upgrade, many of which are impossible to forward port (missing functionality in the WebExtension API). NoScript is in use, f.g.o is not whitelisted, and I have not seen strange logout problems. |

Hu ... it was something of a shot in the dark, as I've seen similar odd behavior myself in the past, like the session expiring when "keep me logged in" (or whatever it's called) box is checked, I'd assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that javascript was required for this, and so whitelisted fgo.

I figured it out, my wifi at work is screwing with my packets. _________________
