what command line tool shows wifi connection bitrate ?

Somehow iwconfig does not work on my newer hardware, Intel Corporation Wireless 8265 / 8275 (gives "no wireless extensions" on my wifi interface). What command tool should I use now to see
first of all the speed with which I am connected to the router ?

Try net-wireless/iw

(This is quite a handy reference of deprecated Linux commands: Deprecated Linux networking commands and their replacements.)

seems give that information ( iw wlp4s0 info I tried before did not)
