Riccardo ...stai utilizzando una tastiera senza tasti ?? 
A parte l'erorre di Os-prober (non necessariamente un errore) , ma dubito che se riavvi fuori dal chroot con quel fstab là farai poca strada.
chroot effettuato su una distribuzione (sabayon) con LVM ?

Ciao Sabayonino, effettivamente ho installato Gentoo da Sabayon, a volte l'ho fatto da Funtoo altre da SystemRescueCd. Spesso ho usato os-prober senza problemi e mi sono ritrovato i vari sistemi operativi nel grub. Adesso nel mio pc ho Sabayon (sda), Gentoo (sdb), Funtoo (sdc), Arch (sdd), Windows10 (sde). Se non uso os-prober su gentoo riesco ad avere un grub avviabile altrimenti no. Il mio fstab è identico a quello di funtoo[/code]. Non uso UUID perchè non ho mai avuto problemi ma ogni tuo consiglio e suggerimento è ben accetto. Grazie mille anticipatamente e buona serata.

Ma alla fine non ho capito , messaggio di OS-Prober a parte ,cosa succede ? Che problema riscontri ?
Quale bootloader stai utilizzando ? su quale disco è installato ?
Se utilizzi quello di sabayon , devi andare su sabayon ed aggiornare il grub da li in modo che ti rilevi i kernel delle altre partizioni
Se utilizzi quello di funtoo devi utilizzare/aggiornare quello di funtoo
etc...

Buongiorno Sabayonino come indicato sopra chiedevo spiegazione sull'errore ricevuto quando lanciavo il comando: grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg in gentoo con installato os-prober per intercettare gli altri sistemi operativi.
Tutto regolare senza os-prober.
Relativamente a Sabayon, mi trovavo li quando ho ripristinato il grub di gentoo disinstallando os-prober il tutto in chroot. |
