Hello,
sorry for my bad english. 
Last night I installed myself Gentoo, during instalation my compex RL2000 ethernet card was found and doing this my network was working:

route add -net default gw 1.0.0.1

assuming my ip is 10.0.0.9 and gateway 10.0.0.1, we use 255.255.255.128 netmask in our network.
But after base instalation and reboot I couldn`t ping my network anymore 
I didn`t change anything, and I did everything that needed to be (net.eth0, rc-update).
BTW, during instalation i have downloaded and installed linux 2.4.19-rc7 from gentoo-sources, and selected ne2k-pci module to be compiled into kernel.
Maybe i`m using wrong module? I am a little bit out of ideas..  |

hmm it seems that 2.4.19-gentoo-r5 source is not good, i`ve reinstalled with new kernel 2.4.19-gentoo-r7 and everything is working good  thank god! |
