Valet Gentoo - Laravel development environment in Gentoo!

You know the old saying, "if you want it done now, do it yourself!"

So I did. I have forked cpriego's amazing valet-linux package (which works on Arch, Fedora, and Ubuntu but not Gentoo) and made it work on Gentoo, taking out everything that wasn't Gentoo. Here's valet-gentoo for you PHP devs that want to have a nice Laravel development environment.
