Ich hatte bemerkt, dass die Ibiblio.org Website, die Urquelle also fuer Gentoo, nie erreichbar war. Nachdem das gleiche bei mir mit groklaw.net passiert ist, habe ich bei den Administratoren nachgefragt. Ich habe dadurch erfahren, dass das Problem mit meinem ISP, T-Online, liegt.

Ich schaetze ich bin also nicht der einzige T-Online Kunde, der so 'was erlebt. Findet Ihr das nicht ein bisschen aergerlich?
Ich hab dem T-Online Hotline eine Email geschickt, bis jezt aber ohne Antwort. |

Tatsaechlich ist das Problem mit Gentoo loesbar. Mittlerweile verwende ich auch die schnellen Mirrors, obwohl die Liste von Mirrors in "make.globals" immer noch eine Referenz auf Ibiblio hat.
Das Problem bleibt, dass Ibiblio und Groklaw fuer mich immer gesperrt bleiben. Ich dachte unter Gentoo Benutzern koennte es andere Leute geben, die Ibiblio vermissen, und so Druck auf T-Online ueben. Laut dem Sysadmin bin ich nicht der einzige Kunde von T-Online mit diesem Problem. |
