emerge gives a million use flages

Hello There,

whilest this isn't my first time using Gentoo based linux distro, this is quite strange.
I had previously installed Funtoo and Redcore Linux 1812, and they spat out almost no use flags, when installing qutebrowser.
Today, my Redcore Install broke, and i decided to give Pentoo a testdrive.
After installing it on my System with, the "bleeding_edge" profile, I tried installing qutebrowser and it gave me a Million Different use flags.
That was very strange consitoring, Redcore only spat out a webengine use flag to add.
Can someone explain this behaviour to me,

Moved from Portage & Programming to Unsupported Software as this is not related to Gentoo, which may result in behavior inconsistent with a Gentoo install.

With that in mind, it would probably help if you provided the actual output for people to see and understand what you're explaining.
